Welcome to AUTODOCS, a construction document and project-data management platform. By accessing this system, you agree to fully comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Use
   1. AUTODOCS is provided only for users authorized on each project as specified in the agreement or quotation.
   2. The system must not be used for other projects, nor may third parties access the data, without written consent from AUTODOCS.
2. Service Period and Fees
   1. If usage exceeds 6 months from the original agreement, AUTODOCS reserves the right to charge additional service fees.
   2. Users must pay service fees within 15 days of receiving an invoice.
   3. If payment is overdue beyond 45 days, AUTODOCS may charge 1% interest per month and suspend usage until full payment is made.
3. Security and Appropriate Use — users must not perform any act that may damage the system or its internal data, such as:
   1. Uploading forged documents or illegal content
   2. Embedding scripts or connecting to other systems without permission
   3. Sharing access rights with unauthorized persons
   4. Uploading abnormal or oversized files in large quantities with intent to interfere with the system
   5. If malicious or dishonest behavior is detected, AUTODOCS reserves the right to suspend the account and pursue appropriate legal action.
4. Termination of Service — AUTODOCS may suspend or terminate the service without prior notice in the following cases:
   1. The project is cancelled, suspended, or has no clear coordinator reachable for over 6 months
   2. Rights are transferred or the team is changed without notice
   3. The user violates the system’s agreement or conditions
5. Limitation of Liability — AUTODOCS is not responsible for any damage arising from:
   1. Using the system for unintended purposes
   2. Violation of the conditions by the user
   3. Or any errors caused by the user’s own actions
6. Account Deletion by the User
   1. Users may request deletion of their own account at any time from the Account Settings page.
   2. After the request is confirmed, the account is scheduled for permanent deletion in 30 days. During this period the user may cancel the request via the link in the confirmation email.
   3. While deletion is pending, the account cannot sign in.
   4. If the user has pending work in a project that only they can act on, AUTODOCS will notify the Project Administrators of the affected projects so the work can be reassigned.
   5. Upon deletion, the following are removed: sign-in details (email, password, connected sign-in providers), project memberships, saved signatures, notification tokens and PIN.
   6. Documents and work records in projects the user took part in are retained, together with the user’s name as recorded at the time, to preserve the integrity of the project record.
